The children in Year 1 enjoyed an exciting and very interesting morning at A Patch Wilder on Friday.
They discovered many amazing creatures, such as slugs, crickets, snails, spiders, and even a beautiful grass snake and a slow worm!
A message of "Do less, make a mess!" was delivered, when considering how we attract wildlife into our own gardens at home. You can imagine that this was met with a great deal of enthusiasm by the children!
Some very special discoveries were made aswell: a fox, a deer and a badger skull!
