Year 4 children are invited to join Mrs Leaders weekly Green Club. Held after school on a Thursday, it is considered something of a right of passage for our oldest children. They enjoy a huge range of activities including maintaining the forest school area, installing and maintaining the willow sculptures, gardening, and tree planting. They also regularly arrange and run environmentally friendly recycling initiatives such as jumble sales. Throughout the year they also go on a range of visits including to local Wildlife Reserves, and engage with many eco friendly initiatives within school and beyond. The biggest responsibility... and undisputed highlight of Green Club though, is being on Chicken Duty!
