On 27th June, the members of Green Club were treated to visit to the RSPB reserve at Ham Wall on the Somerset Levels. They saw many wonderful birds, including a Greater Egret, and it was a lovely afternoon for bird watching. The children were very inquisitive and asked lots of interesting questions.
We are very lucky to have these amazing nature reserves on our doorstep, enabling the children to watch animals thrive in their natural habitat, without interference from the modern day of noise and bustle. Many thanks to Mrs. Leader, for organising the trip, and to Mrs. Broad and Mrs. Avocat-Maulaz for accompanying the children.
