On 4th July after school, Green Club had their long awaited fire building experience. This event had had to be put off on more than one occasion due to the weather conditions, which had to be good to make it safe and enjoyable. Needless to say, the children thoroughly enjoyed building a fire, learning about the safety aspect of it and how to manage and put it out, a very good life lesson! This was followed by a mass potato harvest, where the fruits of labour were enjoyed! Thank you to Mrs. Leader for leading these two fun (and quite important!) outdoor activities.
